While our HF-OPT and RF groups offers high-frequency gallium nitride, gallium arsenide and silicon RF devices used in a variety of applications from two-way radios to telecommunications satellites. The division also offers next-generation optical devices that support today's rapidly evolving data centers and telecommunications networks..
